Here is the first of the series of updates or trends in Jurisprudence. In the recent case of ***Lara’s Gifts & Decors v. Midtown ***(28 August 2019), the Supreme Court modified the guidelines on the imposition of interest as provided in the renowned cases of Eastern Shipping Lines v. CA(1994) and Nacar v. Gallery Frames (2013).
