Chief Justice Andres Narvasa
A former dean and professor of the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law, Andres Dela Rosa Narvasa was the Chief Justice of the Philippines from December 1, 1991 to November 30, 1998. Chief Justice Narvasa graduated Magna cum laude from the UST Faculty of Civil Law, where he also became the first editor-in-chief of the UST Law Review.

Dean Nilo T.
